May 25th at 10PM at The Stone is another Outerborough CD Release party! If you missed the March 16th party at ISSUE Project Room, don’t miss this one! Featuring yet unheard music from Outerborough by Michael Gordon, Paula Matthusen and Phil Kline, as well as Ken Thomson’s Storm Drain (with Ken on Bass Clarinet), David T. Little’s and the sky was still there, and of course, Michael Lowenstern’s Crossroads, and some music of Todd’s as well. INNOVA Recordings is curating a series of artists from the label during that time, all of which you might enjoy. Integrated with the incredible video art of Luke DuBois
AND you’ll get to watch Caleb Burhans and Courtney Orlando tear up Michael Gordon’s Tree-Oh for the very first time, and most of the composers will be in attendance.
Check out this Music Springs article about the series with complete details.
